Reservations

We suggest making reservations at least 72 hours in advance. To make an appointment you may call our spa directly at (850) 351-0600. A credit card is required to reserve your appointment. 

Appointments

Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your appointment time to allow for casual check-in, changing into spa attire and time to relax prior to your treatment.  We schedule appointments according to our specialists’ availability and specialty.  If you are running late, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you. Arriving late will likely limit the time allocated for your service; it will lessen the effectiveness and most importantly your pleasure and enjoyment. As a courtesy to all clients our treatments are completed as scheduled.

Health Concerns

Some treatments may not be suitable if certain health conditions exist. Please alert our staff of any health concerns you may have at the time of booking and again before the treatment so that we may help you with alternate recommendations if needed.

Cancellation Policy

We strictly adhere to the spa cancellation policy. If you must cancel your spa appointment, please do so at least 8 hours prior to treatment time to avoid full charges for the treatment. For cancellation of a package, 24 hours notice is required.  Thank you for your consideration and understanding.  

Gratuity

An 18% gratuity will automatically be added to all services except packages, gratuity for packages is already included in the price.
